    There's obviously too much variation about stoppages from one ref to the other. Look at Rockhold vs Weidman the stoppage could have come at the end of the round and then you have two fights yesterday that were stopped way too early dos anjos and cowboy. Just let the fighters a chance to recover. If the stoppages are that quick, fans will get frustrated. I guess there's too much pression on the refs. I think the fighters are very protected it's enough...

    I agree, yeah its at ref's digression, but had he not stopped it there Overeem would've just continued an unblocked barrage.
